In 2026, kate & co. will relocate its operations to 111 W. 11th Street in downtown Erie. The three-story brick building that once housed a bustling printing company has sat desolate for years. Now, it’s set for a revival as the new home of kate & co., where creativity meets good company.
Partnering with Avon Design Group, LLC. and Spaulding Banks Project Management, with support from the City of Erie and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, we’re bringing the vision of a modern marketing agency—with the heart of old Erie—to life.
